No one quite hits the sweeping, ambient and emotive indie-pop spot quite like London foursome Dahlia Sleeps who have just shred the third single and title-track from their upcoming EP, Love, Lost. Speaking about the new track, the band say: "'Love, Lost' is very much a story. A lot of the time I'm compelled to write about the things I watch my friends going through and Love, Lost is one of those songs. I think everyone knows that feeling of wishing you could solve the struggle for someone you love  – but knowing you don't hold the key...so I suppose turning those moments into music is my way of redirecting that energy." ‘Love, Lost’ certainly does feel like a deeply personal and raw song; the words echoing just above a whisper in Lucy Hill’s delicate soulful vocals, which partner beautifully with Luke Hester’s serene, minimalist production.
